Refund policy

At FALVORN, every product is made specially for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• wrong size selected by customer
• change of mind
• color expectations
• delayed delivery caused by courier services

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We only offer replacements or refunds if:

• The product is damaged
• wrong product is delivered
• printing defect is found

Reporting an Issue

To request a replacement or refund, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID
• clear photos/videos of the issue

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
